I N T H E G R E E N O F T H E W O O D (2016)


When I saw a postcard of Paul Klee’s picture „Im tiefen Wald“ (In the Depth of the Wood) I looked onto a completely green background with a veiw plants in black outlines. All that green made me wish to find myself one day completely surrounded by green. I met this situation in the vast laurel - wood on the island of La Palma. Trade winds heavy with moist are cause to a rich vegetation. Entering it I enthousiasticaly took a lot of photos . I finally selected those that helped me to create pictures of condensed green.
